Read Genesis 1:26-27 – Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Man was created good and upright; for God said, "Let us make man in our own image, after our likeness." However, man by voluntary transgression fell and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God.
God created man and he was perfect in every sense. He had perfect health to enjoy each day. He never had to worry about dying because there was no death. God gave him dominion over every living creature. He was made in the image of God! However, man had one line he could not cross. He was not to touch the Tree of Good and Evil. One negative command, one limitation, one place he was not to go, yet he went there anyway. This one act resulted in the fall of all mankind and all his unending troubles! Don't curse Adam for the fall until you look at your life. There is one way to salvation. Have you obeyed the Word since you have received it?
