Read Exodus 15:13 – You in Your mercy have led forth the people whom You have redeemed; You have guided them in Your strength to Your holy habitation. (NKJV)
This portion of this song of praise relates that God directs His people within the framework of His character. God leads His people in steadfast love. In other words, we can be assured that wherever God leads us, He does it because He loves us. We may not always understand everything happening, but we can be confident that a loving God is in control. God also guides His people with strength. Nothing can stop what God is going to do. He has the strength to see us through to accomplish His plans and purposes in our lives. No wonder they prayed a prayer of praise to God. He will see you through as well.
