Read 1 Corinthians 15:58 – Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. (NKJV)
Across the United States today, people are celebrating the contributions that workers have made to the economic and social aspects of American life. God has made us in such a way that we want to know if our efforts are making a difference. We want to make a valuable contribution. When we labor for God, we can be assured that our labor is not in vain. Something good will come out of the efforts because God is in it and He is in control. While we may not always see immediate results we can be assured that God not only is at work in us, but He is also at work through us. Let’s celebrate what God is doing?
