Read Isaiah 43:10-11 – “You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior.
“The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent "I AM," the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.”
The scriptures make a firm and strong declaration of the preeminence of our God! The scriptures declare His existence as before any other god was formed and that after Him there will be no other god standing. Apart from Him there is no Savior. You can put your trust in a lot of earthly things, but then will what you trust in be strong enough to support your expectations? The answer would be a strong and emphatic, "No"! He has chosen us as His servants to know Him, to believe Him and to understand Him! I hope you will choose Him to trust and follow. Any other god you follow will lead you to a disastrous dead end.
