Read Luke 7:37-38 – And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil. (NKJV)
What was it about Jesus that drew this sinful woman to Him? This lady’s reputation was well known; even the half-way religious people avoided her. Yet, she was drawn to Jesus. He openly accepted her expressions of love and thanksgiving even though the crowd responded differently. How do you present Jesus to the sinners in your city? Do you present Him in such a way that sinners are drawn to Him? Pray and ask God to help you live your life in such a way that sinners will be drawn to the Jesus they see in you.
