Read Exodus 15:11 – “Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders?... ” (NKJV)
As this “songwriter” reflects on what God has done the question is asked, “Who is like you, O Lord?” There is no one that even comes close to the God that we serve. There is only one God. He is majestic; He is awesome and He does miracles that are beyond our understanding. As we pray, we should always take time to exalt the God of the universe. Don’t exalt God in an attempt to “butter him up” so He will answer your prayers. Exalt Him because He is God and there is no one like Him.
