Prayer Partners

Read Colossians 3:13 – Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. (NKJV)

Paul tells us to “bear with one another”. Paul is basically saying put up with one another. We have all said or done things that have been hurtful to other people. We have also been on the receiving end of hurtful actions and words. Paul admonishes us to simply put up with one another. If someone hurts you, forgive them—get over it. If we hold unforgiveness in our hearts it will hinder our praying. Christ has forgiven us of much greater hurts against Him, so we ought to be able to forgive others. Forgive those who have done you wrong and get on with life.
